New Research Available on Resident Comfort with Returning to Activities

Wednesday, July 8, 2020

Destination Canada is conducting weekly surveys of Canadian residents to assess which activities they would feel comfortable taking part in as governments lift the protective measures put in place to fight COVID-19. The surveys look at activities like shopping, dining, and gatherings.

Tourism Nova Scotia will share a summary of the weekly results for Atlantic Canada on our website to help our industry partners stay informed. We also continue to share the weekly updates of Destination Canada’s Resident Sentiment Survey, which assesses Canadians’ willingness to welcome travellers to their communities and have their community advertised as a tourism destination.

You can find these reports and other COVID-19 recovery research here.
